I am continuously asked where I received my coaching training. I believe I received very effective training at Institute for Life Coach Training . Please contact them for a complimentary session-- you'll see why I chose to start my career with them!

Here's a greeting from their founder: Pat Williams

Life coaching, as we envision it, encompasses all coaching specialties, i.e. business, corporate, wellness, leadership, or other areas of coaching. Our philosophy of life coaching is that of a whole person, a non-directive, client-centered approach and focuses on client development.

Our training is via teleclass (by phone), there are no charges for travel, hotels, or food. Our program offers choices to prospective students, who are interested in:

  • Full-time professional coaching with International Coach Federation (ICF) certification;
  • Part-time coaching;
  • Incorporating coaching skills into a current profession;
  • Personal growth opportunity.

In 1998, I recognized many other therapists were frustrated with the profession and wanted to work more in the arena of possibility rather than pathology. The Institute for Life Coach Training grew out of wanting to people to focus on living a more fulfilling life, not just coping.

Our training is based on the best of psychological theories of adult development, human change, positive psychology, humanistic traditions, and systems theory, among others. It is well grounded in applied research. The skills we teach work.

I hope you find our school facilitates your journey toward becoming a masterful coach. We look forward to having you join our community!

Happy Coaching!
Patrick Williams, Ed.D., MCC
